• Services may only be used for lawful and authorized telecommunications purposes.
• Any fraudulent traffic, robocalling abuse, CLI spoofing, or bypass activity is strictly prohibited.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with telecom regulations in their operating country.

3. Interconnection & Routing

Routing, numbering plans, and interconnection configurations must be mutually agreed. Clients must provide accurate routing data, technical configuration, and traffic profile details. AVM Networks Limited reserves the right to block or reroute traffic that may affect network integrity or regulatory compliance.

4. Service Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. While high availability is maintained, maintenance windows, upstream carrier issues, or international routing dependencies may impact service continuity.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payments

• Rates are agreed contractually and may vary by destination, quality route, or traffic profile.
• Invoices must be settled within agreed payment terms.
• Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of routing or account access.

6. Fraud Prevention

Customers must immediately report any suspected fraud, traffic spike, or compromise. AVM Networks Limited is not liable for charges generated due to compromised equipment, hacked PBX systems, or customer-side security failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on this website remain the property of AVM Networks Limited and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AVM Networks Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or traffic interruption resulting from third-party carriers, regulatory actions, or network events beyond reasonable control.

9. Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in case of payment default, regulatory violation, misuse of network resources, or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

11. Amendments

AVM Networks Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
