Carrier Relations & Bilateral Voice Trader

Department: Carrier Sales (Below Sales Head) • Location: Work From Home (Remote) • Employment: Full-time

Structure and trade high-volume bilateral voice traffic swaps with incumbent PTTs, Tier-1 operators, and national carriers to maximize margin and routing capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bilateral traffic commitments and minute-swap contracts with global Tier-1 and national PTT operators.
• Analyze daily traffic patterns, route capacity margins, and trade outbound minutes against high-value incoming traffic.
• Structure bilateral offset agreements to maintain cash-flow neutrality and mitigate payment exposure.
• Coordinate with Routing and Billing analysts to ensure bilateral pulse accuracy and target margin realization.
• Represent the carrier trading desk in bilateral review meetings and international industry conferences.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years experience in wholesale carrier relations, voice trading, or bilateral minute-swap negotiations.
• Thorough knowledge of wholesale interconnect agreements, bilateral netting, and dispute procedures.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in modeling traffic volumes, price elasticity, and net margin spreads.
• Excellent relationship management and executive-level negotiation capabilities.
